In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, and all options have been explored, you can return any un-used product for a refund. Returned vinyl must be in clean, unused, original condition and packed in the manufacturer’s original packaging, and received by Elusivewrapz LLC within 14 days of purchase date. No returns will be accepted 14 days after purchase date, No Exceptions. We will inspect all items before a refund is issued. For assistance regarding your return please email: 

• All returns must be pre-approved with return authorization number before return or exchange is made - no exceptions.
• All returns are subject to 15% restock fee. Return shipping labels are not provided by  - Buyer is to cover all shipping / return fees. 
• Elusivewrapz LLC does not accept returns on special order items or drop shipments, No Exceptions
• Non approved returns will be refused by Elusivewrapz LLC
